Terms and Conditions
Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital services (e.g. feed consultation, analysis, recommendations) offered via this website.
Appointments & Process
Consultations are carried out after booking confirmation and payment. Results are delivered via email in PDF format, within 15 working days at the latest.
Follow-up Support
For 4 weeks after delivery of results, questions will be answered free of charge, as long as they fall within the scope of the selected service.
Further questions beyond the original scope are charged at EUR 50/hour or covered via a follow-up consultation.
Video Consultations
If included in your service, video calls are free. Otherwise, available optionally at EUR 30 per 30 minutes.
Cancellations under 24h: EUR 30 no-show fee.
Payment
All services are payable in advance.
Analysis starts after payment and expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period – unless the client explicitly agrees to an earlier start and acknowledges the waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Payment and Service Commencement
For Swiss customers, the analysis will begin after payment has been received. Refunds or cancellations after the service has begun are not possible.
Right of Withdrawal
EU Clients: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you agree to the service starting before the 14-day period ends, your right of withdrawal expires upon start of the service.
Swiss Clients: There is no legal right of withdrawal.
Liability & Responsibility
I work as a consultant, not a veterinarian. I do not diagnose or make health guarantees.
I accept no liability for any health effects due to misapplication of the advice given.
Privacy Policy
Personal data will not be shared with third parties. However, data may be processed by external systems during online transactions, which we cannot control.

Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
The law of the Republic of Ireland applies. Jurisdiction – where legally permissible – is Dublin, Ireland.
Additional Charges
Additional services beyond the booked package are invoiced separately. Prices can be found on the website or will be quoted individually.
